What do I do if my product is faulty?Updated 3 months ago

In the extremely unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Please  do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our Support Team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

As per the Consumer Rights Protection - we will replace any product that is proven to be faulty or has developed a problem over time up to 6 months after the order arrives.

Failure to report a faulty item ahead of return will be rejected with the return deemed void and the products destroyed due to not being resellable.
