How long does the delivery take?
Our standard international shipping typically takes up to 10 working days (Mon–Fri) from the dispatch date. We also offer a priority shipping option, which usually takes 2-4 working days for the delivery to be made.
Will I need to pay customs or duties?
We understand that navigating customs and duties can be frustrating, especially with recent changes to international shipping regulations. As of 1st of July 2026, the EU has removed duty-free treatment for orders under €150. Orders shipped to EU countries will now incur a customs duty of €3 per product type, regardless of order value, plus VAT at the local rate.
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not something we're able to determine in advance, so we'd recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering to understand what may apply.
If you decline to pay any customs charges and duties, your parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we'll issue a refund for your order in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

This will help us quickly locate your order and process your request efficiently. Drop off your parcel at a local shipping location to the address provided by our Returns Portal and keep the receipt for confirmation.
Please note that it can take up to 10 days for your return to reach us in the UK.
Do I need to print the return form?
No, there's no need to print the return form. Please make sure to include your order number and other details on a piece of paper inside the package.
Do you offer a prepaid return label?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide prepaid return labels, and all return shipping costs (taxes and duties) are the responsibility of the customer. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can, but please note that we are not responsible for taxes and duties that may apply to your new exchange order.
