How do I return my order?
To initiate a return, please visit our easy-to-use returns' portal: https://returnsportal.co/r/tailoredathlete-row. When prompted, please enter the following details:

Email: email address used when placing your order
This will help us quickly locate your order and process your request efficiently. Drop off your parcel at a local shipping location to the address provided by our Returns Portal and keep the receipt for confirmation.
Please note, it can take up to 10 days for your return to reach us in the UK.
Do I need to print the return form?
No, there's no need to print the return form. Please make sure to include your order number and other details on a piece of paper inside the package.
Do you offer a prepaid return label?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide prepaid return labels, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Can I exchange my order?
At this time, we do not process exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
