How long does the delivery take?
Our standard international shipping typically takes up to 10 working days (Mon–Fri) from the dispatch date. We also offer priority shipping option, which usually takes 2-4 working days for the delivery to be made.

Will I need to pay customs or duties?
We understand that navigating customs and duties can be frustrating, especially with recent changes due to Brexit and evolving international shipping regulations. Orders shipped to EU countries may now incur local duties and taxes, which apply beyond certain thresholds (VAT on imports above 22 euros and customs duties over 150 euros). To make this transition smoother, we’ve zero-rated VAT on our website to help prevent any double taxation on your order. If you decline to pay these charges, your parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund for your order in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Do I need to print the return form?
No, there's no need to print the return form. Please make sure to include your order number and other details on a piece of paper inside the package.

Do you offer a prepaid return label?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide prepaid return labels, and all return shipping costs (taxes and duties) are the responsibility of the customer. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Can I exchange my order?
