We understand that navigating customs and duties can be frustrating, especially with recent changes to international shipping regulations. As of 1 July 2026, the EU has removed duty-free treatment for orders under €150. Orders shipped to EU countries will now incur a customs duty of €3 per product type, regardless of order value, plus VAT at the local rate.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not something we're able to determine in advance, so we'd recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering to understand what may apply.

If you decline to pay any customs charges or duties, your parcel will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we'll issue a refund for your order in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy. We always recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
