How to measure yourself?Updated 2 years ago

How to measure

Chest - Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.

Waist - Measure just above your belly button, between your bottom ribs and pelvic bones. Take a deep breath, keep your abs flat, and pull the tape measure tight around your waist.

Neck - Measure just below your Adam’s apple with your chin up. The tape should be resting lightly on the skin, not squeezing it. Hold one finger under the tape measure to ensure some room for comfort. Do not try to account for shrinkage by adding extra here - we will do that for you.

Arm length - Measure from the top of your shoulder down to the lowest part of your wrist. Make sure your arm is straight and relaxed.

Back length - Measure from the base of the back of your neck and measure down your back to the point where you’d want the shirt to be - this is usually just above you buttocks.

Inseam - Measure from the lowest part of your crotch area to the bottom of your ankle. Make sure the tape is tight along the inside of your leg, that you are standing straight, and then measure. No shoes please!

How to choose your size

When choosing your Shirts and Tops size, go by the closest chest measurement first and then your waist. If your waist is smaller than the measurement stated on your size, don't worry it will still fit like a tee! All our shirts are standard in length, which increases as the chest size increases.

When choosing your size for our bottoms, we ask you go by your closest waist and Inner-leg measurement. Our Jeans, Trousers and Shorts have been designed for an athletic fit and the 4-way stretch will allow them to accentuate your physique.

NOTE: Our items are true to size. If you are in between sizes and prefer a looser fit, pick the larger size.

Our sizing has been created from measurements of thousands of athletes in order to create our 'True Muscle Fit'. We ask that you go by your individual measurements to find the best size - please do not hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected] if you have any queries or questions.
