Fees - European Customers
- You may be responsible for paying customs duties on orders over £135 GBP // €150 EURO.
- VAT at local rate may also be charged.
If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.

Canada - Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. You can get an estimate from the Canada Boarder Services Agency website, here.
Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website here.
Refusing to pay customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us - a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
