What are 'additional fees'?

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order. Please check with your country's regulations to see if there will be any additional costs prior to ordering. This includes any import fees for orders sent with FREE Express shipping.

Fees - European Customers

• As of 1 July 2026, the EU has removed duty-free treatment for orders under €150. A customs duty of €3 now applies per product type shipped to the EU. Many of our products share the same classification, so orders with multiple items often only incur a single €3 charge — though orders spanning several different product types may see more than one.
• VAT at the local rate will also apply.

If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made. This includes any import fees for orders sent with FREE Express shipping.
